Lisa League is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international program administration and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Award Administrator and CEPPS Manager at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since February 2020, Lisa previously held multiple positions at World Learning, including Program Officer for the Fulbright Specialist Program and Program Officer for Training for Pakistan, where oversight was provided for a USAID-funded cohort of master's and PhD students from Pakistan. Additional experience includes acting as a Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Transportation and as an International Affairs Specialist at USDA, where program planning and evaluation were key responsibilities. Educated at the University of Oklahoma with a Master's degree in International Relations, and holding a Bachelor's degree in Justice from American University, Lisa's expertise spans international relations, program management, and policy development.
