Previously, Melanie worked as a Program Manager at WorldStrides, where support was provided to develop itineraries and proposals for international study tours. Additional expertise includes an Overseas Support Specialist role at USAID, offering operational support for the Office of Food for Peace, and a decade-long tenure at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems in various positions, including Senior Program Officer. Melanie holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University.
