Muhammad Nisar Khan

Muhammad Nisar Khan is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and program management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since October 2019. Previously, Muhammad held various roles including Manager of HR & Admin at GECAT Ltd Company and Senior Operations Officer at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems. With initial experience as a Program Assistant at FHI 360 and DAI, Muhammad has developed expertise in program compliance and operational support aimed at strengthening democratic processes in Pakistan. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from Iqra University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Gomal University.
