Richard Twigg

Richard Twigg has extensive work experience in the field of IT and information systems. Richard is currently the Director of IT and Information Systems at Vision Technologies, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, Richard worked at IFES as the Director of IT, where they were responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and supported IT activities in over 25 offices in developing countries. Richard also has experience as a Network Consultant at KPMG, where they were responsible for network build-out in new locations in the mid-Atlantic region.

Richard Twigg has a strong educational background and several certifications. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Citadel from 1982 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Master of General Administration in Management Information Systems (MGA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. Later, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University, attending from 1996 to 1998.
