Salimata Bakhoum

Salimata Bakhoum is an experienced operations and finances manager with a comprehensive background in administrative and financial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Operations and Finances Manager at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since February 2022, Salimata has previously held similar managerial positions at Chemonics International and has accumulated extensive experience in administrative and logistical support from earlier roles at SYLCOM SARL and HECM/DAKAR. Educational qualifications include a Licence 3 in Marketing from ESUP Dakar and a BACCALAUREAT from Cours Sainte Marie de Hann.
