Shota Migineishvili, CPA, CMA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting and financial management roles. Currently serving as Accounting Faculty at Montgomery College and as the Sr. Program Financial Administrator for the Europe and Eurasia region at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, Shota specializes in monitoring and managing project financial performance, developing donor reports, and participating in budget preparation. Previous positions include Controller at DevWorks International, Assistant Controller at EngenderHealth, and Accounting Manager at The QED Group, LLC. Shota's career highlights also encompass a Senior Financial Analyst role at Liquidity Services and a Teaching Fellow position at Universität Wien. Shota holds multiple degrees including a Doctoral Certificate in Finance from the University of Vienna and an MBA in Finance from the Free University of Tbilisi.
