Yam Bahadur Dura is an experienced professional with a diverse background in media, communication, and education. Since March 2006, Dura has served as a Lecturer at Madam Bhandari Memorial College and has held the position of Media and Communication Officer at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since April 2015. Previously, Dura worked as a Communication Officer for the National Human Rights Commission of Nepal under the UNDP/SCNHRC Project from February 2012 to March 2015, and as a Regional Coordinator at Nepal Press Institute from December 2003 to September 2006. Earlier career roles include serving as a Special Correspondent at Nepal Samacharpatra Daily from January 2001 to December 2003 and as a Reporter for Kantipur National Daily from November 1993 to July 1995. Yam Bahadur Dura completed SLC at Sarbodaya High School in Duradanda, Lamjung, between 1986 and 1988.
