Fciarb Arthur L. Pressman

Arthur L. Pressman, FCIArb, serves as a Diplomate at the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and is the Principal of Arthur L. Pressman Dispute Resolution Services, LLC, providing neutral ADR services since 2017. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Pressman conducts independent arbitration of commercial disputes both in the USA and internationally. Additionally, Pressman holds various roles, including Arbitrator for FINRA, Distinguished Fellow at the International Academy of Mediators, and Certified International Mediator through the International Mediation Institute. With extensive experience in arbitration and mediation across complex commercial disputes, Pressman is also an Adjunct Professor at Boston University School of Law, teaching various ADR and litigation courses.
