Quentin Balthazart

Quentin Balthazart is an experienced professional in project management and institutional coordination, currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law since October 2022. Previously, Quentin held various leadership roles at the European Judicial Training Network from June 2005 to October 2022, including Head of Office, Business Manager, and Coordinator of the Financial Department, where significant achievements included improved professionalism and cost-efficiency, as well as effective responses to challenges during the COVID-19 crisis. Additional experience includes a project management role at the European Council of the Liberal Professions, a foreign officer position at Chulalongkorn University, and an internship at the Belgian Ministry of Defence. Quentin holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Master in Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and Master's degrees in European Studies and Political Studies from Université Catholique de Louvain.
