Mohammad Nabi Waqar

Mohammad Nabi Waqar has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Deputy Country Director at The International Legal Foundation since April 2013. Previously, Mohammad was the Director of a Business Unit and Chief Administrative Officer at PAN from August 2011 to March 2013. Prior to that, a range of roles including Finance Manager, Head of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer were held at Mercy Corps International from July 2004 to June 2011. Educationally, Mohammad holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Kateb University, a Master of Entrepreneurial Leadership from Portland State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Sciences from Aryana University. Additional secondary education includes a B.A. in Law and Political Science from Rahman Ba Ba High School Peshawar.
