Shikha Pandey

Shikha Pandey is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Asia Program Director at The International Legal Foundation since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading legal teams in Myanmar to provide comprehensive legal aid services. Previous roles include serving as a legal consultant and program management consultant for ILF, as well as a criminal lawyer and legal researcher with Jagdalpur Legal Aid Group, focusing on the Adivasi community in South Chhattisgarh. Shikha has also held international fellowships with ILF in Afghanistan and Myanmar, emphasizing strategic litigation and public defense systems. Shikha is a graduate of Columbia Law School with a Master of Laws, holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi, a Master's in Social Work, and a Bachelor's in Sociology.
