Laura Hernandez, MEd, is an experienced educator currently serving as a Pod Leader at The International Montessori School of Hong Kong since January 2022, where responsibilities include supporting teachers in the implementation of AMI Montessori pedagogy and maintaining a prepared learning environment. Previous roles include AMI Montessori Elementary Guide and Learning Support Montessori Guide, showcasing a commitment to individualized student support and collaboration with various stakeholders. Additional experience encompasses editing and proofreading at Grupo Planeta, as well as guiding lower elementary students at Moderato Montessori and working with toddlers at Nido Montessori Center. Laura's extensive educational background includes multiple AMI Montessori diplomas and master's degrees focused on Montessori pedagogy, complemented by a solid foundation in preschool and elementary education.
