Karen Ramirez

Karen Ramirez is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at The International School Nido de Aguilas since July 2023. Prior to this position, Karen spent over a decade at the American International School of Budapest, where roles included Elementary Instructional Coach, Elementary Literacy Curriculum Coordinator, Elementary Associate Principal, and EC-Grade 12 Social Studies Head of Department. Earlier experience includes serving as Junior School Literacy Coordinator at St. Dominic's International School in Portugal and as Instructional Team Leader at ISF Internationale Schule Frankfurt Rhein Main GmbH & Co KG. Karen holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Belmont University.
