Kimberly Briolini has served on the Nido Capital Projects Committee and the Nido Fund Steering Committee prior to becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2019. She is currently the Chair of the Advancement Committee and a member of the Capital Projects Committee. She has a daughter in Middle School and has lived in Chile since 2012.
Kimberly is the Founder of Emerge Developments, a Santiago-based firm focused on innovative corporate interiors, sustainable architecture, master-planning and real estate development projects in Latin America and the US. Prior to starting her own practice, she held leadership positions in award winning architecture firms in Boston and Santa Barbara. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the Boston Architectural College.
