Angela Romney, Ed.D. is currently an Adjunct Professor at ADA University and the Director at The International School of Azerbaijan. Prior to these roles, Angela held various leadership positions at Frisco ISD, including Managing Director of Academic Programs and Principal at Wester Middle School. With a Doctor of Education from Dallas Baptist University, Angela also has a M.A. in Educational Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a B.A. in History, Spanish, and Education from Brigham Young University.

TISA is a non-sectarian, co-educational college-preparatory day school. It serves both the expatriate community and those seeking an international education in Azerbaijan.
