Aysel Nadirova currently serves as the Team Leader of the Azerbaijani Language Department and teaches Azerbaijani language and literature at The International School of Azerbaijan since August 2018. Additionally, Aysel has been teaching Azerbaijani language and literature at the European Azerbaijan School since September 2012 and previously held a position as an Azerbaijani Language Teacher at Heydər Əliyev adına Müasir Təhsil Kompleksi from September 2008 to February 2009. Aysel is engaged in ongoing professional development, with a focus on language education, and has participated in various courses related to teaching principles, motivation for language learners, child protection, and creative teaching strategies. Aysel is also pursuing an International Baccalaureate qualification specializing in MYP Language and Literature, expected to conclude in May 2034.
