Ashley Swindle

Ashley Swindle is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP). Currently serving as the Dean of Teaching & Learning and PYP Coordinator at The International School of Texas since July 2021, Ashley has also held the position of Deputy Head while continuing to coordinate PYP initiatives. With a tenure beginning in August 2009 at Leander Independent School District as an IB/PYP Coordinator, Ashley has consistently contributed to the development and implementation of innovative educational practices. Ashley holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Texas State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
