As a nonprofit organization, philanthropic organization, or public sector entity, you have a vision and purpose - driven by a commitment to creating lasting social and economic impact, advancing equity, and improving the well-being of the communities and people you serve.

It’s imperative that your efforts every day are driving toward the change you seek.

Yet, that isn’t always the case.

Perhaps you’ve found yourself in positions where your grant-making is not producing the results you thought it would, your collaborative partnerships are stagnant and lack vision, or the world around you has shifted. Or perhaps policy or election-related changes have significantly altered the course of your overall impact. Or perhaps your organization struggles to align your external vision with your internal operations.

As a result, you’ve found yourself frustrated with the lack of progress and are left with questions about what your next best steps are. You’re ready to get more clarity but lack the resources to gather the appropriate data needed to make strategic shifts. You need a thought partner, collaborator, and mission-aligned guidance.

That’s where The Intersect comes in.

We leverage applied research and data solutions, public policy and advocacy, and organizational strategy, planning, and scaling practices to equip and support organizations like yours. We provide the information, tools, resources, capacity, and know-how you need to advance just and equitable solutions.

Our tailored approach ensures that your efforts are not only impactful but also sustainable. We stand out by working closely with our partners, your partners, and those on the receiving end to unearth the exact problems that are stifling your growth and impact.
