Kelsey Granitz

Kelsey Granitz is a seasoned corporate trainer and strategic advisor with extensive experience in talent development and recruitment. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at The Intersect Group since January 2022, Kelsey focuses on enhancing productivity and retention through skill development for employees, supports program design, and conducts training sessions while collaborating across business units. Additionally, Kelsey is a member of the CEO Advisory Council, contributing insights on company culture and strategic initiatives. Previously, Kelsey held roles at VincentBenjamin, Robert Half Legal, and Aerotek, where expertise in legal recruitment and staffing was demonstrated. Kelsey’s career began in marketing and management, including positions at LA Fitness and various internships, laying a foundation in sales and organizational leadership. Kelsey holds a degree in Telecommunications with a focus on Sales and Promotions from Ball State University.
