Since 2005, The IntiSolutions Group has been providing top quality IT and Engineering resources to some of the most successful companies in Canada, using a transparent, high value consulting business model that only we provide.

Introducing a Paradigm Shift in the Recruiting Industry...

• A new, open, way to obtain superior resources.
• A flat rate management fee is the core element of our business model.
• There is no commission is charged on hours billed to our Clients.
• The Management fee is charged to the contractor, as a 100% deductible expense for their incorporated company.

IntiSolutions is the only recruiting company that is "rate agnostic". The management fee is a flat rate for services, regardless of:

• The contractor’s rate.
• The number of hours worked.
