Sonali Sampat

Sonali Sampat, MPS, PSU I, is an accomplished leader and innovator in the field of user experience and design, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of equitabl, a human experience agency focused on inclusive product development and workplace culture. With extensive experience as the Chief Experience Officer and partner at The Inturnship, Sonali plays a pivotal role in strategic initiatives that boost operational efficiency and team satisfaction. Additional roles include faculty at the University of Oregon, where curriculum development for UX/UI design is emphasized, and mentoring high school students in the TiE Young Entrepreneurs program. Previous positions include leadership at Nike, where Sonali directed a team in creating internal software ecosystems, and significant freelance work providing design services.
