Melanie Holroyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and administrative management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at The Investment Association since October 2021, Melanie previously held the position of Operations Manager in the same organization. Prior to that, Melanie worked at Capula Investment Management LLP as Office Manager and held roles in temporary contracts as Executive Assistant at Tenzing and Rothschild & Co. Melanie's background also includes a significant tenure at HSBC as EA and Business Manager and various positions at luxury safari lodges, demonstrating expertise in high-pressure environments. From 2006 to 2013, Melanie served as Office and Business Manager for Lehman Brothers and Nomura on the Equities Trading Floor.
