Will Meinen

Will Meinen is an accomplished consultant and educator with extensive experience in organizational development and the arts. Currently serving as a Consultant at Meinen Consulting, Will utilizes skills from fifteen years of improv theater to enhance employee satisfaction and cohesion. In addition, Will directs educational programming for the Omaha Comedy Fest, managing workshops and outreach initiatives. As Quality Improvement Manager at Youth Emergency Services, Inc. and Senior Consultant at AVA Insights, Will focuses on non-profit evaluation and improvement strategies. With ongoing performances as a comedian at the iO Theater, Will also has a strong background in research and evaluation, holding significant roles at DePaul University and United Way of the Midlands. Will holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
