James Scott

James Scott is a skilled professional with extensive experience in public education, content management, and community service. Currently serving as a Public Education Specialist at The Ion Center For Violence Prevention since January 2020, James specializes in training programs aimed at reducing violence through the Green Dot Active Bystander initiative, alongside community prevention strategies and curriculum development. Previous roles include managing trivia events at Last Call Trivia, creating web content at SEO Unpacked, and providing IT support at Pomeroy as both a Level 1 and Level 2 Analyst. James has also contributed to the community through roles such as Treatment Education Specialist at St. Joseph Orphanage and licensed volunteer at Vineyard Christian Church of Florence. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Preaching Ministry, James is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the University of the People.
