Aisling McCabe

Aisling McCabe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Aisling most recently worked at The Irish Times as the Group Strategy and Business Development Director since 2023. Before that, they were with RTE where they served as the Head of OTT Sports Streaming, leading the launch of URC TV in 2021. Prior to RTE, Aisling held the position of Strategy, Partnerships & Innovation Director at Cogs & Marvel, where they developed global strategies and formed strategic relationships with global companies. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at RTE, where they focused on strategic partnerships, business development, and platform development. Aisling started their career as a Sales & Marketing Manager at The Irish Times and worked as a Research Assistant at UNESCO (IIEP) Paris.

Aisling McCabe completed an Executive Leadership Programme at IESE Business School in 2017. In 2016, they obtained Diplomas in Executive Coaching and Leadership from the Irish Management Institute. Aisling has also completed an Honours degree in Sociology and French from Trinity College Dublin, and a Masters degree in Communications and Cultural Studies from Dublin City University.
