James Palmisano

James Palmisano, currently serving as the CTO and President of The Iserv Company since March 2006, oversees daily operations and innovation within a multi-national communications firm, emphasizing customer experience. In addition, James serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Hope & Help, Inc., where active involvement aims to expand healthcare services in the community, and as Vice Chair of the Board of Advisors for The Salvation Army, promoting community engagement. As a Senior Technology Advisor and Co-Founder of GetGabby since March 2021, James reflects on real-world community life, and previously held the position of Senior Manager of eSupport at Comcast, leading strategic initiatives for online support in New England from January 2000 to January 2006.
