Simone Schiano

Simone Schiano has extensive experience in yacht design and engineering, currently serving as a Systems Engineer - Production Specialist at The Italian Sea Group since September 2020, following a previous role in the Production Department focused on Piping Systems. Prior to this, Simone contributed to the Research & Development Department in both Basic Design and an internship capacity. Freelance yacht design work includes projects for various clients, notably involving CE Stability Assessments and general arrangements for vessels ranging from 25 ft to 90 ft. Internships at Arnaboldi Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering Studio provided hands-on experience in technical offices and 3D modeling. Simone holds a Laurea magistrale in Yacht Design and a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Nautica from Università degli Studi di Genova.
