Bobken Simonians

Bobken Simonians is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and development. Currently serving as an Advisor/Consultant at ITEX since June 2023, Bobken has also held the position of COO at ITEX Real Estate Investment & Development since August 2020. Prior roles include SVP of Real Estate Investment & Development at The ITEX Group from 2013 to 2020, VP of Real Estate Investment & Development at the Houston Housing Authority from 2006 to 2013, and Director of Housing for the City of Los Angeles from 1996 to 2006. Bobken's early career included roles as Vice President at BNP (National Bank of Paris) and Assistant Vice President at Sumitomo Bank, Limited. Bobken holds a Master's degree in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, earned from 1981 to 1983.
