Welcome to the ItsMy Group – a technology and services business powering the insurance and comparison ecosystem.

Founded in 2013 by our CEO Gerald Brown, IMG is a privately owned business with over 12 years of experience building and operating SaaS, PaaS (People) and CaaS (Compliance) solutions across the private health insurance and broader comparison sector.

We support insurers and distribution partners in improving how health insurance is compared, sold and governed – combining technology, operational expertise and deep industry knowledge.

Our platforms underpin a significant share of Australia’s PHI aggregator market across 15+ partner brands, complemented by Australia's largest PHI comparison broker panel - built and connected by us to maximise partner reach and distribution.

We also operate in exclusive partnerships with many health insurers, including some of Australia’s largest, supporting their core outbound distribution whilst also generating sales through our own comparison channels. Our clients include health insurers, comparison businesses and digital distribution platforms operating across the insurance ecosystem.

Our leadership team brings extensive experience from organisations including iSelect and REA Group, alongside global insurance and financial services businesses.

We exist to improve how insurance products are compared, distributed and managed – through scalable technology, compliance frameworks and specialist people capability.
