Jim is a member of The IVX's advisory board for the Public Safety Vertical. He most recently served as a state director for Senator Dianne Feinstein. During The Clinton administration, Jim served as the United States Marshal for the Northern District of California. Jim has also served as the executive director overseeing the coordination and implementation of law-enforcement initiatives of the San Francisco Bay Areas High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program. Jim's 45-year career in Public service started with SFPD. As Jim rose through the ranks, he became a senior staff member of the mayor's office. Jim was responsible for security for both the mayor and visiting dignitaries, and he served as the mayor's advisor on law enforcement matters. From Jim's rich experience, He has developed a vision of leveraging High-tech advances to improve response time in times of Public safety crisis. Jim is playing an instrumental role in the implementation of The IVX's flagship product, the Virtual Command Center which facilitates Multi-agency, cross-jurisdictional collaboration to respond to Emergencies.
