Anne Reilly has extensive nursing experience in pediatric and palliative care, beginning as a Staff Nurse at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown from 1986 to 1991. Subsequent roles included Senior Staff Nurse at Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin and School Matron at St Joseph's School for the Visually Impaired. Reilly served as Home Care Night Nurse for the Irish Cancer Society before becoming Specialist Children's Liaison Nurse and ultimately Liaison Nurse Manager at The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation, where responsibilities include providing home respite nursing care and palliative care for children with life-limiting illnesses. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Bereavement Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Palliative Care, and a degree in Contemporary Palliative Care Practice.

The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation
The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is a nationwide charity that funds and provides in-home nursing care and respite support for children with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay, up to the age of 6. This may include children with brain injury, genetic diagnosis, cerebral palsy and undiagnosed conditions. Another key part of our service is end-of-life care for all children up to the age of 6, irrespective of diagnosis. RCN - 2003621
