Shauna de Roiste is a skilled nursing professional with a diverse background in community care and nursing. Currently serving as a Community Liaison Nurse at Stewarts Care since April 2023 and as a Staff Nurse at The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation since March 2022, Shauna specializes in providing home care for children with complex needs. Previously, Shauna worked as a Staff Nurse at St Michael's House in a respite setting from September 2020 to April 2023. Shauna holds a Nursing degree from Dublin City University (2016-2020) and is pursuing a Certificate in Applied Management in Healthcare from Open Training College (September 2021 - Present).
The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation
The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is a nationwide charity that funds and provides in-home nursing care and respite support for children with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay, up to the age of 6. This may include children with brain injury, genetic diagnosis, cerebral palsy and undiagnosed conditions. Another key part of our service is end-of-life care for all children up to the age of 6, irrespective of diagnosis. RCN - 2003621
