Rakesh Vaidyanathan

Rakesh Vaidyanathan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rakesh began their career in 1992 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Larsen and Toubro. Rakesh then worked as a Summer Trainee at Unilever India in 1994. In 1995, Rakesh joined ICICI Bank as an Assistant Manager, where they collaborated with Harvard Professors on business consulting projects. In 1997, they moved to Manufacturing Networks Inc as a Manager. Rakesh then joined McKinsey and Company in 2000 as an Associate. Rakesh later worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, Rakesh founded The Jai Group and currently serves as a Founder Partner. The Jai Group provides various consulting services to clients, focusing on internationalization and strategic growth opportunities.

Rakesh Vaidyanathan has a diverse education history. Rakesh first attended The Wharton School, where they pursued a dual degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Arts (MA) with a focus on Finance and International studies (Lauder). Following this, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B E) in Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy. Rakesh Vaidyanathan's education journey began at Santhome Higher Secondary School, where they completed their High School Certificate (H.Sc) with a concentration in Science. Lastly, they attended The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Master's Degree in International/Global Studies.
