Bill Thrush

Bill Thrush is a seasoned professional in risk management and construction law, currently serving as a Risk Management Consultant at Oswald Companies since March 2024. Previously, Bill held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Project Management Consultants LLC from January to December 2023 and was a Partner in the Construction Practice Group at Thompson Hine LLP from 2015 to 2023, where the group received a Tier 1 ranking in Construction by U.S. News. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney and Shareholder at Marvin, Chorzempa & Larson, PC, focusing on design professionals in the construction industry, as well as serving as a Project Engineer at Cardno and an Intern Designer at The C.W. Courtney Company. Bill holds a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.
