Melanie Myers

Melanie Myers, MSPOD, serves as the Organization Development Leader at Oswald Companies since March 2018, where responsibilities include executing strategic plan objectives, supporting change management, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Myers chairs the Common Ground Alliance and provides guidance on Employee Resource Group formation and leadership development. Prior roles at Oswald Companies include Organization Development Specialist and ERChealth Wellness Consultant. Prior to joining Oswald, Myers held positions at Maxim Health Systems and Maxim Healthcare Services, focusing on program management and wellness initiatives. Education includes a Master’s degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. Additionally, Myers is a member of the Leadership Council at Cleveland Leadership Center as of June 2025.
