Paul N. Catania

Paul Catania is Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Oswald Companies. Paul joined Oswald in 2006, and has over 25 years of employee benefits consulting and human resource management experience. In addition to leading the Oswald Medina and Akron/Canton Markets, Paul specializes in strategic benefits consulting, and serves on Oswald’s Benefits Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Oswald, Paul has served in Human Resources Management, Consulting and Practice Leader roles with another global consulting firm.

Paul is passionate about being involved in the community and serves on the board of the Akron Children’s Hospital, Leadership Akron, and University of Akron Human Resource Advisory Council. He previously served as past board member of the United Way of Summit County. In addition, he is co-chair for the Akron Canton Foodbank’s Taste of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and a proud member of Leadership Akron Class XXIX.
