Stephanie Kovacs, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Stephanie currently holds the position of Vice President & Director of Human Resources at Oswald Companies, where they oversee the department's strategic execution and ensures legal compliance. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President & Senior Manager of Benefits & Compensation at Oswald Companies, where they were responsible for managing employee benefit programs and vendor relations. Stephanie also has experience as a Human Resources Manager, where they led a company-wide wellness program and collaborated with business unit leaders on counseling and termination decisions. Before joining Oswald Companies, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Dental Care Partners, where they managed employee benefits and provided guidance on personnel policies.
