Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The Jamie Oliver Group since September 2022, Emily previously held notable positions such as Head of People at Initials CX and Senior Talent Manager at CHE Proximity. Prior to these roles, Emily excelled in various account management positions at prominent agencies like Leo Burnett, OddfellowsDentsu, and iris worldwide, where responsibilities included leading global campaigns for high-profile clients such as Guinness and Shell. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from RMIT University and a BA HONS in English Literature and Politics from The University of Manchester.
