Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at British Gas, where Laura implemented people strategies for various teams, and as HR Advisor at Centrica Energy, focusing on local culture and employee development. Previous positions also include Reward Analyst at British Gas, contributing to annual reward reviews and conducting pay analyses. Laura holds a CIPD qualification from Reed Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
