Laura Cheves is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The Jamie Oliver Group since December 2016, Laura leads the HR agenda for the Media, Licensing, and Food Foundation. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at British Gas, where Laura implemented people strategies for various teams, and as HR Advisor at Centrica Energy, focusing on local culture and employee development. Previous positions also include Reward Analyst at British Gas, contributing to annual reward reviews and conducting pay analyses. Laura holds a CIPD qualification from Reed Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
