Lucinda Cobb is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food standards, currently serving as the Head of Quality & Food Standards at The Jamie Oliver Group since April 2019. Prior to this role, Lucinda held various positions in quality assurance, including Head of Quality Assurance at Lidl GB from February 2012 to March 2019, and UK Quality Assurance Manager at LSG Sky Chefs from May 2010 to January 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Quality Manager at LSG Sky Chefs - The House and Regional QA Manager at DO&CO. Lucinda also worked as a Food Safety Manager at Sainsburys from 2006 to 2007. Academic credentials include an MSc in Food Safety Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc Hons in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey.
