Michelle Hare has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Michelle began their professional journey in 2007 as a Service Team Member/Cashier at Target. In 2009, they joined Elizabethtown College Learning Services as a Tutor and Note Taker, providing academic assistance to students in various subjects.

Michelle Hare attended Elizabethtown College from 2008 to 2012 where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications and Studio Fine Arts. Michelle also briefly studied at Queen's University in 2010, but it is unclear whether they obtained any degree or field of study from there.
