Erika Scherer

Erika Scherer has extensive experience in quality engineering and management, currently holding the position of Sr. Quality Engineer at The Jel Sert Company since May 2006, where previous roles included QA Manager, QA Laboratory Supervisor, and Quality Engineer. Prior to this, Erika worked at Empresas Polar from April 1996 to 2005 as Coordinator of Chemical and Sensory Analysis and as a Chemical Analyst. Erika holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Universidad Simón Bolívar (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Chemistry from the same institution (1989-1996).
