Kirstin Day (Rabe) has a strong background in design, with a focus on designer contemporary brands. Kirstin most recently worked at The Jewelry Group as the Senior Vice President of Design, overseeing several national and international brands. In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of these brands, from concept to production and market. Kirstin worked closely with Creative Directors and TJG business executives to drive positive business strategy. Kirstin managed a team of five designers and seven brands, including Givenchy, Marchesa, DKNY, and Lauren Ralph Lauren. Kirstin developed and maintained unique brand identities, created go-to-market strategies, and collaborated with the internal team to produce digital content. Prior to their role at The Jewelry Group, Kirstin worked at Nine West Group as the Senior Design Director for designer brands. Kirstin also held various design positions at The Jones Group Inc., including Design Director, Senior Designer, and Associate Designer, working with renowned brands such as Givenchy and Tommy Hilfiger.
Kirstin Day (Rabe) completed their secondary education at Radnor High School from 1995 to 1999. Kirstin then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Design at Lehigh University from 1999 to 2003.
