The Jewish Education Project
David Levy has a diverse work experience in the field of Jewish education and leadership. David currently serves as the Director of Professional Learning & Growth (National PTE) at The Jewish Education Project. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager for the Generate Fellowship at the same organization. David also has experience as a Rabbi, having served in this capacity at Temple Beth El Your Shul By the Sea and Congregation Shir Ami. In addition, they worked as a Strategic Consultant and Associate Rabbi & Jewish Learning Lab Director at Westchester Reform Temple. Early in their career, David was a Rabbinic Intern at Temple B'nai Jeshurun.
David Levy completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems at Drexel University from 2000 to 2005. David then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Hebrew Language and Literature at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion-New York from 2006 to 2012.
