The Jewish Education Project
Eliana Rubin currently serves as the New York Education & Training Manager for Keshet, where responsibilities include overseeing institutional change work in Metro NY and enhancing community outreach within the UJA catchment area. Previously, Eliana worked as the Education Manager for DEI and Belonging at The Jewish Education Project, consulting on inclusive education practices. Additional experience includes roles such as Artistic Director at URJ 6 Points Creative Arts Academy, and various educator positions across multiple synagogues. Eliana holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Hebrew Union College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from New York University.
