Hila Rosenmann has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Strategy and Program at The Jewish Education Project, where they play a key role in RootOne, an initiative that supports immersive summer trips to Israel for Jewish teenagers from the US. Previously, Hila worked as a Program Director for Masa Israel Journey's Masa Career program. Hila also gained experience as a Content Writer at Spotted by Locals and served in different capacities at BINA: The Jewish Movement for Social Change, Ulpan-Or International, Greater Philly Hillel Network, Bengis Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Hillel at Ben Gurion University.
Hila Rosenmann completed their Bachelor's Degree in State of Israel studies and Political Science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2011. Hila pursued a Master's Degree in The Ruderman Program for American Jewish Studies at the University of Haifa from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained certifications as a Certified Tour Guide from BINA: The Jewish Movement for Social Change in 2014 and as a Certified Museum Guide from Beit Hatfutsot in 2013.
