Gil Perl is a seasoned educational leader and consultant with extensive experience in various academic and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Ades Family Foundation and Founding Head of School at The Jewish Leadership Academy since June 2021, Gil Perl also operates Gil Perl Consulting, providing strategic guidance to non-profit leaders. Previously, as Head of School at Kohelet Yeshiva from 2014 to 2021, significant accomplishments included raising $50 million for operational, endowment, and capital needs, and achieving the first accreditation for the school. Gil Perl's prior roles include Chief Academic Officer at the Kohelet Foundation, Head of School at Margolin Hebrew Academy, and teaching at Yeshiva University. Educational credentials include a PhD and MA from Harvard University, a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and Rabbinical Ordination from Yeshiva University.
