Dan Barnett is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as COO at The Jill Biggs Group since September 2020, Dan previously worked as a Marketing and Operations Consultant at D12T LLC from January 2019 to December 2020. Dan's notable roles include SVP Marketing at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where leadership of marketing operations was pivotal for the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S., and SVP Marketing at NRT, where a national digital marketing team was built, significantly increasing online advertising effectiveness. Dan also held senior leadership positions at HSBC, where operations and marketing strategies significantly boosted mortgage sourcing and online advertising budgets. Earlier career stages included managing a Chicago office at Xceed, serving as a Junior Officer in the Army National Guard, and various roles at Household International. Dan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed startup training at Y Combinator.
