Previously, Steve completed an Engineering Project Management Internship at McMaster University's W Booth School of Engineering Practice and Technology, where responsibilities included project coordination and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as a Hardware Technical Consultant and Hardware Research & Design Engineer Intern at Mobilite, focusing on hardware customization and wireless charging system research. Steve's early career involved instructing karate classes and assisting in swimming instruction, contributing to the development of leadership and teaching skills. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Business from McMaster University.
