Kyle Decker

Kyle Decker has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 with the Regional Manager role at The Job Store Staffing Agency. From there, they held various positions within the staffing industry, including Vice President & Partner at The Job Store Staffing/StarSource Consulting LLC, CEO & Managing Partner at The Job Store Staffing, Chief Energy Officer at MOR Talent Solutions, and Chief Energy Officer at The Job Center Staffing. In 2019, Kyle became the Host of The Underdog Podcast, where they aim to connect people through stories of adversity. In 2020, they co-founded Riley Decker Companies, which focuses on providing staffing solutions. In 2021, they also became a Co-Owner/Investor at Chatterbox Sports. Additionally, Kyle had a brief experience as a High School Assistant Football Coach at the City of Loveland, Ohio and was a Full-Time Student Athlete at Miami University from 2004 to 2009.

Kyle Decker attended Granville High School from 2002 to 2004. Kyle then went on to study Speech Communication with a focus on Intrapersonal Communication at Miami University from 2004 to 2008.
